研究概要

蛍光フィルター法によりヒト歯垢バイオフィルムのモニタリングを行った。10程度のCFUが得られたサンプルでは、嫌気培養でも同程度の細菌数が得られ、モニタリングとして有効であると考えられた。また、齲蝕発症のモデルとして利用される、げっ歯類のプラークから、優勢菌として、Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Lactococcus garvieaeなどが検出された。マウスプラークの細菌構成が明らかとなったことにより、齲蝕発症モデル実験のため一助となると考えられた。
