対数の一般化に基づく高速な尤度最適化アルゴリズムとその応用

研究概要

尤度を最適化する学習アルゴリズムをアルファ対数の利用という形で一般化し、高速なアルゴリズムを得た。対象としては、波及効果の高い隠れマルコフモデル推定アルゴリズムと独立成分分析アルゴリズムを選んだ。いずれの場合においても、アルファ対数の利用は繰り返しにおける過去情報をモーメンタム項として利用するという形で現れ、少ないオーバーヘッドで通常の対数の場合よりも高速な収束を達成できるという成果を得た。
