研究概要

我々は、オーファンGPCRのリガンド同定を進める過程で酸化リン脂質に反応性を示す新規GPCRを同定した。本研究では、このGPCRのリガンド特異性を含めた生化学的な性状を解析するとともに、機能解析、特に、動脈硬化における機能を探索する。
