研究概要

個人に対応した生活習慣病の予防・診断や薬剤投与前の事前診断を目的とするSNP解析では短時間で正確な解析結果を得ることが重要となる。本研究では、DigiTag2法によるSNP解析を短時間かつ低コストで実施することを目指して、実験プロトコルの改良を行った。この結果、96か所のSNP解析結果を得るのにかかる時間は、従来のプロトコルでは約13時間を要していたが今回の改良により約7時間まで短縮することができた。
