研究概要

一酸化窒素還元酵素(cNORとqNORタイプ)の野生型と変異型について分子動力学シミュレーションを行い、活性中心へのプロトン輸送経路を予測した。本研究成果は、NORがプロトンを取り込む仕組みに加え、呼吸系酵素の分子進化について新たな知見を与えた。
