研究概要

本研究は,眼底血管,視神経線維層,視神経乳頭変化を同時に自動解析することによって医師の診断を支援する知的な画像診断支援システムを開発することを目的とする.緑内障,糖尿病網膜症,動脈硬化性眼底変化,および高血圧性眼底変化に関する病変を自動検出したり,形状を自動解析したりするアルゴリズムを開発した.緑内障の所見である視神経乳頭拡大に関しては,眼科医に近い性能に達した
