I have published two papers as the first author while receiving KAKENHI. The first paper is titled "Discovering meaningful engagement through interaction between customers and service robots" and is published in one of top journals called service industries journal (impat factor: 9.405, Q1) in 2022/10/26. The second paper is titled "Organizational agility enabled by big data analytics: information systems capabilities view" and is publisehd in one of the premier journals called Journal of Enterprise Information Management (impact factor: 5.661, Q1) in 2023/3/28. In addition, I co-authored one paper as a third author, which is about The Role of Information Technologies in Crises: A Review and Conceptual Development of IT-Enabled Agile Crisis Management published in 2022 in CASE.

理由
I recently finished writing the second paper about human interaction with data analytics, which is also in a simliar line with human-robot interaction. This paper is based on interview data, so based on multiple case analysis, I, as the first author, collected and analyzed all the data and completed the draft for submission. I'm now in the process of checking the finalized version of draft with co-authors. After getting their feedback and native-English proof-reading service, I will submit the top journal, called European Journal of Information Systems in the information systems community.

| 今後の研究の推進方策 |
I will first submit the interview-based paper about human interaction with data analytics for the top journal called European Journal of Inforamtion Systems. As the extension of this interview-based paper, I will work on measurement calibration and empirical study based on survey data. Specifically, I will conceptaulize a new concept in human-computer interaction areas and empirically measure how this new concept can influence an important organizational outcome (i.e., innovation). At this point, I have made a list of measurements of this new concept and will conduct a pilot test with a group of data analytics experts in academia and industry.

| 次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
Because more interviews are scheduled in this fiscal year of 2023 than 2022. Therefore, I need to spend more grants for Personnel Expenditure and Remuneration in fiscal year of 2023. Also, I have to administer surveys (including pilot survey and main survey) in the next few months, more grants are needed to be spent in fiscal year of 2023.
