研究成果の概要

提案された研究計画の目的は、水溶液中の有機分子から電気化学発光 (ECL) を生成するための双極性電気化学的方法を開発することです。電気化学的方法論を確立するために、9,10-ジフェニルアントラセン (DPA) がモデル有機化合物として採用されました。DPA は、酸化還元活性界面活性剤から生成されたミセルに組み込まれ、その後水に溶解され、界面活性剤の酸化後、界面活性剤ミセルの切断により電極表面の近くに放出されます。正電位でスキャンし、シュウ酸などの適切な共反応物が存在する場合、DPA の酸化により水中で発光、つまり ECL が生成されます。

The proposed research aims to develop a method for the generation of electrochemiluminescence, that is a light emission induced electrochemically, from organic molecules in water, avoiding the use of organic solvents that are toxic and harmful for the environment.
