| 研究実績の概要 |
A recently completed project analyzed firms' pricing strategies when dealing with heterogeneous consumer groups. Building on this project, I am continuing to investigate firms' decisions (e.g. whether to join a platform or not) in other settings where they face heterogeneous consumers. I am currently working on a new model that coordinates various factors such as costs, prices and consumer preferences, studying firms' behavior in equilibrium and the corresponding welfare effects.

I intend to continue working on this new project. After completing the calculations, I will elaborate on the economic intuition behind it.

| 次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
I was on maternity leave from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024, so my research funding period was extended by six months to 30 September 2024.
