研究概要

本研究は人口減少と世帯構成変化に起因して想定される我が国の都市圏縮退状況に対し，持続可能な都市マネジメントの意思決定を支援する都市シミュレーションツールとそれを用いた政策評価手法の開発を目的とし，人口42万人の富山市を対象として，アンケート調査で得られた世帯データをもとに世帯立地，住宅選択シミュレーションシステムを構築した．また，それを用いた住宅政策評価と効率的な政策手段選択方法を提案した．
