研究概要

本研究は、新しい質量分析法であるフーリエ変換－リニアイオントラップ型質量分析計を法医学へ応用することを目的としたものの、新たに飛行時間型タンデム質量分析計(LC-Q-TOFMS)を購入して計画を遂行した。
LC-Q-TOFMSは精密質量測定が可能で、ヒト尿中のアマニチン類を高感度に検出することに成功した。次いで、合成カンナビノイド及びその代謝物の検出、同定、定量にも有効であることが示され、経口人工妊娠中絶薬であるミフェプリストンの生体からの検出も成功した。現在、自然毒ライブラリーを構築中である。すなわち、LC-Q-TOFMSは、法医学、法中毒分野において有効であることが示された。
