膵癌に対する２方向性ペプチドワクチン療法を応用した新規治療戦略

研究概要

①HLA-A*0201を有する膵癌患者に対するVEGFR1・VEGFR2・KIF20Aを標的分子としたカクテルワクチンが臨床応用可能な段階となり、今後新規標的分子となるoncoantigenであるMUC-16とmesothelinのエピトープペプチドを同定・作成し、生化学的な安定性などを確認し、第I相臨床試験を開始できた。
②膵癌に対するペプチドワクチン療法を市民公開講座などで広報し、多くの膵癌手術患者が集まった。これにより新たな膵癌手術術式の開発や術後合併症対策の臨床研究も進み、臨床成績が向上し、結果として術後ペプチドワクチン併用補助療法への移行が良好となった。
