研究概要

本研究ではフラッシュメモリを用いたディスク装置の高信頼化と長寿命化手法を提案した．高信頼化手法として隣接誤り訂正符号を提案し，長寿命化手法としてガーベージコレクションを用いたデータ移動法を提案した．
隣接誤り訂正手法では多レベルメモリセルに記憶された値が隣接値に誤る確率が高いこと考慮して，訂正する誤りを隣接値に限定することにより効率の良い符号を提案している．
ガーベージコレクションでは書き換え頻度の高いデータと頻度の低いデータを分別し，頻度の高いデータを定期的に移動することにより書き換えが特定のセルに集中することを防止して寿命を延長している．
