研究概要

本研究では、東アジアにおいて地域協力を具体化するために進められてきた制度形成プロセスを比較・検討した。環境・貿易・食料・エネルギーという政策分野に焦点を当てて、日本・中国・韓国・ASEANが地域制度の形成という共同利益の実現と地域における相対的影響力の維持という政策目標をどのように追求しているのか、非国家アクターが脱国家ネットワークを通じて地域ガバナンスの形成にどのような影響を及ぼしているのか、さらにグローバル危機等によって形成される「重大な分岐点」において地域制度の形成がどのように進んでいるのかを考察した。実証分析の比較研究は単著としてまとめられ、英国の出版社から出版された。
