研究概要

女性が経済分野においても存分にその力を発揮する機会を得ることは、公平・公正といった理念に根ざした社会的な要請であることは言うまでもないが、他方で、少子高齢化が急速に進む中、社会を支えることが競争優位に結びつくという質的な側面からも期待されている。また、国際的にも、いわゆるリーマンショック後、女性の活躍を今後の経済成長の原動力と捉えた取り組みや議論が官民を問わず広がりを見せている。そのような中、本研究は、少子高齢化による労働力減少と女性活用の可能性に着目し、女性ファクターが株価パフォーマンス（超過収益率）と企業パフォーマンスに影響を与えるかを定量的に検証、分析した。
