駿河湾の地震（２００９年８月）による東名牧之原地区における盛土崩壊事故の事後解析

研究概要

降雨後の駿河湾地震 (2009年8月) で崩壊した東名高速道路牧の原盛土の盛土材料を実験に供したうえで現場データと比較照合したところ、現場で崩壊せずに残った盛土がおおむね1200kPa程度の定体積せん断強度を持っていたと判断された。崩壊した盛土の強度が120kPa程度であったことが分かっているから、崩壊した盛土は水がしみ込んで泥濘上になり強度が120kPa程度にまで低下していたと推定できる。永年の浸水による盛土の劣化・強度喪失のメカニズムを一連の実験によって推定したところ、崩壊前後の現場状況と定量的に整合し力学的に妥当と思われる結果がえられ、水による盛土の経年劣化機構が明らかになった。
