研究概要

前帯状回皮質は痛みの認知や情動的要素に関与する脳部位であり、慢性疼痛の発生に深く関わっている。このため、前帯状回皮質における可塑的的変化が、慢性疼痛の神経機構として考えられるが、そのメカニズムには不明な点が多い｡本研究において、ホールセルパッチクランプ法を用いた実験結果から、末梢性炎症疼痛モデルマウスの前帯状回皮質では､興奮性シナプスの伝達効率増加が生じ､興奮性伝達物質の放出確率および放出可能シナプス小胞数がともに増大していることが明らかとなった｡また､光学的膜電位測定法を用いた実験結果から、同部位において、興奮伝播の範囲増強が生じていることが明らかとなった。
