本研究では、複雑ネットワークを情報処理へ応用したときの性能評価を行った。複雑ネットワークのひとつであるゆとりニューラルネットワークにスケールフリー則を応用させたときの学習能力・汎化能力および耐久性にどのような特徴があるかの調査を行った。また、社会性ネットワーク構造をもつ新しい人工ニューラルネットワークを提案し、連想記憶においてその有効性を確認した。さらに、提案したニューラルネットワークの回路実装を行った。
