研究概要

膵癌患者に対してVEGFR2ペプチドを投与すると、VEGFR2特異的細胞傷害性Tリンパ球（CTL）を誘導できた患者では制御性T細胞（Treg）が末梢血で減少していた（Cancer Sci. 2010）。一方、TregにおいてVEGFR2が高発現することが報告（Eur.J.Immunol. 2010）されたことで、VEGFR2を標的としたTregに対する細胞傷害活性の誘導が示唆されたが、本研究ではVEGFR2特異的CTLのTregに対する細胞傷害活性はTreg上のVEGFR2の発現の有無によって差を認めなかった。今後はTreg上のMHC Class I発現について解析する必要がある。
