研究概要

ブラックカーボン（黒色炭素粒子）の変質過程の新しいパラメタリゼーションを開発した。開発したパラメタリゼーションを導入することで、ブラックカーボンの混合状態の変化を表現できる全球大気大循環・エアロゾル結合モデルを開発した。また、東アジア域で実施された航空機観測とモデル計算を組み合わせて、ブラックカーボンの輸送過程と除去過程を明らかとした。観測結果で検証したモデルを用いて、ブラックカーボンの空間分布および気候影響を評価した。
