研究概要

本研究では、雇用者が直面する情報の非対称性の問題を軽減し、賃金＝栄養リンクを強化する方法として、賃金の一部を食事供与の形で現物支給する賃金形態を採用することが効果的であることを理論と実証の両面から明らかにした。この現物賃金という賃金形態は、雇用者の利潤を拡大させると同時に、労働者の失業リスクを低下させるようにも作用するため、双方にとって有利な側面を持っている。したがって、この慣習化された賃金形態には、一定の合理性があると考えられる。
