世界同時不況後の財政政策がマクロ経済動向と地域経済に与えた影響

研究概要

本研究課題では，世界同時不況後になされた日本の財政政策の影響について検証した．マクロ的効果については，エコカー減税は景気拡張効果が有意に得られたものの，エコポイントについては景気刺激効果が得られなかった．ただ，エコカー減税の刺激効果も軽微なものであるため，景気刺激策としては必ずしも有用ではなかったとも言えよう．
このほか，期間中には，財政に関連するテーマとして，公共投資・地方財政と地域の景気変動との関係，財政改革が財政政策の維持可能性に与える影響についての研究，および地方財政の実証研究を行った．
