研究概要

本研究の目的は、株式会社や合同会社のような企業の法的形態と組織のそれぞれの発展とその相互作用の検討を通じて、組織が効果的に機能するような企業の法的形態とは何か、を探ることであった。研究からは、日本の戦前期における合名・合資会社や有限会社の利用は組織の発展や経営の近代化とかかわっていること、1950年代半ば以降組織が拡大していく際にも有限会社や株式会社の利用が見られることが明らかになった。また、アジア諸国との比較や組織内の意思決定に関する研究もおこなわれた。
