研究概要

アトピー性皮膚炎の重要な発症因子として知られるフィラグリン遺伝子にはcopy number variationが存在し、フィラグリン遺伝子のエクソン3は10-12個のほぼ相同な繰り返し配列を含んでいる。今回の研究では、アトピー性皮膚炎患者100名のDNAを用いてこのvariationについて解析し、copy numberが10個、11個、12個のアレルの存在頻度を解明した。
