| 研究実績の概要 |
本年度は概念史の手法を用いた「utilitarianism/utilitarian」の歴史的用例の調査を中心に研究を実施し、現時点での成果を国際学会（The International Society for Utilitarian Studies 16th International Conference）で報告した（「A Conceptual History of Utilitarianism: Through the Reactions of Economists」2023年7月6日 LUISS Guido Carli）。功利主義研究の成果として、単著論文「功利主義へのリアクション(2) ―経済理論との交錯―」『生駒経済論叢』2023年7月、共著書『James Mill, John Stuart Mill, and the History of Economic Thought』Routledge2023年12月(担当John Stuart Mill, Sidgwick, and the Philosophical Foundations of Political Economy)を刊行した。その他概念史の手法を取り入れた研究成果として、日本イギリス哲学会第48回研究大会シンポジウムにて、研究報告「経済学トライポスの創設と経済学の独立性 ――PPE との比較から――」（2024年3月24日東京大学）を行った。また、学会誌上で書評「Alex Millmow The Gypsy Economist: The Life and Times of Colin Clark Singapore: Palgrave Macmillan, 2021」『The History of Economic Thought』65(1) 61-62 2023年7月を刊行した。
