研究実績の概要

本研究では、グラフやネットワークに代表される半構造化データの様々な問題、中でもラベルプロパゲーションとリンク予測といった代表的な問題設定に関する研究の推進を目的としてきた。平成27年度は、手法開発よりもむしろの応用において成果を挙げた。特に、生命科学データへの応用等の実験で成果を検証し論文としてまとめ投稿した。
