The final year of this grant coincided with the research leave period of the principal investigator from September 2014 to March 2015. As a result the final year of the research period was primarily used to conduct field research in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Bangkok, Thailand. At the same time the researcher made efforts to present his data both for staff of international organizations and at academic conferences. Data is still being analyzed at present with the purpose of preparing a book manuscript to submit to publishers. The manuscript will follow the theme of the research in comparing the policies of both Asian and Western bilateral aid agencies in regard to their education for all policies.
