研究概要

本研究では、自分撮りを手軽にするためのカメラ撮影に関する研究を行った。すなわち、カメラにジェスチャ認識機能を組み込み、被写体がカメラにジェスチャで指示すると、カメラは写っている画像を実時間で自己認識し、その結果に基づいてカメラを制御するようなシステムを作成した。本研究では「ハンドジェスチャ」、「モーションベース・ハンドジェスチャ」および「ヘッドジェスチャ」の3種類のジェスチャを提案し、それぞれに対応するプロトタイプシステムを作成した。本研究によって、ジェスチャインタフェィスが自分撮りカメラを開発するための重要なインタラクション技術であることが示された。
