研究概要

(１)対象既存薬を決定する
様々な観点から対象とする既存薬を、グリタゾン系糖尿病治療薬、スタチン類、エストロゲン、アンジオテンシン拮抗薬、カルシウム拮抗薬とした。(２)　対象既存薬の作用を分子レベルで網羅的に解析する。１　誘導遺伝子の網羅的解析：DNAチップ、プロテインチップなどを用いて、対象既存薬により誘導される遺伝子を用いて解析した。その結果、特に興味深い結果として、スタチンは熱ショックタンパク質を誘導することを見出した。２　結合タンパク質の網羅的解析：ヒト全タンパク質を二次元電気泳動により分離後、蛍光標識したスタチンを作用させ、結合するタンパク質を網羅的に同定した。
