脳出血の病型別発症率の推移と危険因子の疫学研究

研究概要

秋田、茨城、大阪の3地域において、1985年以降の脳出血の発症登録を行うとともに、1985～94年に健診を受診した40-69歳男女9,086人の脳卒中の危険因子について部位別に前向きに検討した。
1985年から2010年にかけて、深部脳内出血は減少傾向であったが、大脳皮質下・小脳出血は横ばいだった。収縮期血圧高値、肥満、心電図ST-T異常、多量飲酒（2合以上/日）はそれぞれ深部脳内出血発症のリスクの上昇と関連していた。一方、血清総コレステロール低値は脳内出血発症の危険度が高く、特にその関連は大脳皮質下・小脳出血において強くみられた。糖尿病、喫煙と脳内出血の発症との有意な関連はみられなかった。
