研究概要

本研究の目的は上級競技者のペダリング運動中の筋活動状態の分析結果に基づき，サドル高さの決定手法の提案を行うことである．まず，ペダリング運動中に動的にサドル高さを変更できる実験装置を構築した．続いて，サドル高さを段階的に変更したときに上級競技者の筋活動量がどのように推移するかを調査した．その結果，上級競技者は測定筋群の活動量を相対的に均一化するサドル高さを主観として好むことがわかった．
