Recently, vehicles have been playing an important role in our daily life. Nowadays, the vehicle is not only a tool just for the transportation. With the development of information and communication technology, intelligent vehicles have been realized by interlinking the usage of vehicles and communication networks. At the same time, not only the conventional vehicular message can be distributed over the vehicular networks, the rich multimedia content such as audio and video can also be delivered over the vehicular networks. For example, it is important and necessary that the disaster warning content should be distributed to the drivers at the time of disaster. So the delivery of vehicular content becomes a new challenge. As the traditional vehicular networks consisting of Infrastructure to Vehicle (I2V) and Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication systems can not deal with the above challenge very efficiently, some new aspects including moving host and mobile networks should be taken into consideration. In this study, we propose a novel network architecture to deliver vehicular networks by using some new factors, where the parked vehicular applications are introduced. We make an analysis on the characteristics of roadside units, moving vehicular and hosts. Based on the analysis, we present a new model to deliver the vehicular content. Then, the related parameters have also been discussed.
