With the progress of intelligent transportation systems, a very large scaled content needs to be delivered. As the current methods such as the frequency-based caching can not resolve the above issue, the efficient caching and buffer usage should be discussed.
Based on the content centric network architecture, we make the analysis of content transmission by considering the scenario of video streaming. The relationship between the response time and the cost of storage has been studied. The characteristic of content which is needed to deliver in the content centric mode is also discussed. The proposal can be useful to improve the performance of content transmission and can improve the quality of experience for users.
