TRAIL promises in controlling cancer but several cancers remain non-sensitive to it. We developed a computational model and predicted that together with PKC inhibition, TRAIL induces 95% cell death. We confirmed this utilizing PKC inhibitor, bisindolylmaleimide I, and PKC-δ siRNA in fibrosarcoma.
