生物活性テルペノイドの合成設計と新しい合成反応の開発

研究概要	1.生物活性の構造因子となるα-メチレ-ン-γ-ラクトン構造を持つテルペン類の一般合成法の開発を研究し、2種類の分子内にアルデヒド基を持つアリルシリル化合物をルイス酸触媒で、6.12-ラクトンおよび8.12-ラクトン化オイデスマン型セスキテルペン類の合成に成功した。 2.生物活性をもつセンブラン型ジテルペン(+)-サルコフィンの右半分の構造分子を(-)-カルボンから、数工程を経て合成した。また左半分の構造分子をゲラニオ-ルより合成に成功した。この両者を縮合を検討し、下部の構造を構築することに成功した。生物活性をもつセンブレノリド型(+)-サルコフィンの全合成までに上部構造の結合と構築を残すだけとなった。 3.α,β-エポキシスルホキシド類をリチウムジメチル銅試薬と反応させて、アルド-ル類の新しい合成法の開発に成功した。 4.炭素側鎖の末端に脱離基としてフェニルスルホン基をもつα,β-エポキシスルホキシド類より、α-ケトエポキシドに誘導し、塩基触媒による閉環反応で二環性化合物の新しい合成法に成功した。 5.光学活性な1-クロロアルキルフェニルスルホキシドより光学活性なα-β-エポキシスルホキシド類を経由して、光学活性なα-アミノケトンα-エポキシ化合物の新規な合成を開発した。 6.光学活性なp-トリルスルフェ-ル化合物より、(Z)-N-アリ-ルアチリジン類の新規な合成を開発した。 7.カレンを出発物質として三環性トリケトン誘導体を有用な中間体とし、これよりアリスト-ルおよびデビィニコ-ルの合成を検討し、全合成の前駆化合物の合成に成功した。 8.α-サントニンより合成した11-デヒドロサントニンを微生物酸化して3種のヒドロキシ化合物を単離し、構造解明して反応機構を推論した。
