研究概要

I.物理的・化学的キャラクタリゼ-ションと挙動(1)^<99>Tc、^<237>Npの分析法を改良し、^<99>Tc、^<129>I、^<137>Cs、^<237>Np、^<2239、248>Pu、^<1241>Amを用いると検出限界が非常に低くなることを示した。 の深度分布から土壌中の挙動の解明に新しい知見が得られた。
(2)新たに開発した8段型ロ-プレッシャ・インパクタ-で、大気浮遊塵中放射性核種の粒度分布を測定し、^7Beは在来型では1.1μm以下の粒径に50〜70%分布しているのに対し、0.33から0.9μmに山形の分布をしていることが分かった。(3)キチンに、CS_2-基を導入したところ、^<99>TcはpH≦2.0で定量的に吸着し、ベルオキソ二硫酸アンモニウムを含む硫酸を加え、10分間沸騰水中で加熱することにより98%以上が溶離された。(4)外洋海水中のプルトニウムの水酸化鉄挙動を再検討し、海水中のプルトニウムのかなりの部分がV、VI価で鉄共沈しにくいことが分かった。(5)海水中の^<2239、248>Puおよび^<1241>の濃度の測定結果から、プルトニウム濃度は核実験が中止された後、低下したが、1984年以降はむしろ一定でこれは化学形と関連するものである。II.生体へのとり込みと影響(6)放射性コバルトとアメリシウムの生体への取り込みと沿岸底質との相互作用、すなわち収着と脱離に及ぼす底質の篩別分画条件と海洋細菌の影響について研究を行った結果、不可逆な収着機構が示唆された。(7)海産生物によるテクネチウムの取り込み及び排出のトレ-サ-実験の結果、エビでテクネチウムは中腸腺に最も多く分布することがわかった。(8)放射性ヨウ素(I^-)を添加した土壌を用い水稲のポット栽培をしたところ、地上部及び土壌表面からガス状放射性ヨウ素が揮散することが認められ、その化学形は有機形であることが推定された。III.キヤラクタリゼ-ションと線量寄与の評価(9)人体臓器・血液中の^<210>Po、^<210>Pbの分析、測定を行い、それぞれ、50%、70%が骨に存在することが分かった。
