研究概要

細胞の刺激への応答は、オルガネラ等各反応部位の素反応について研究が深められているが、実際の反応は細胞質要因を含め種々のオルガネラの協調において行われている。本研究はこの協調という観点に立ち、薬物への応答の解析を総合的に行うことを目的として組織されたものであって、平成元年12月26日には全員で班会議および公開講演会を広島市で行い、成果を総合討論した。
1)細胞膜と細胞核間の協調については、市原、赤松、名取、野村らが中心になって検討を進め、細胞膜受容体に増殖因子、ホルモン、レクチン等のリガンドの結合による情報が細胞核に伝達される過程、核酸合成細胞増殖、酵素誘導等が発現する過程について、多くの新しい知見が得られた。
2)細胞質諸要素と細胞核間の協調については、大場、五十嵐らが主として検討し、ポリアミン産生系等の細胞質酵素やホルモンの細胞内受容体等の細胞質要素の変動とクロマチン機能等との協調関係を解析した。
3)細胞膜とリソソ-ム、小胞体等との協調の解析は、加藤、高野らが主として担当し、細胞膜におけるエンドサイト-シスやエキソサイト-シスとリソソ-ム機能との協調、リソソ-ム酵素の産生等についての新しい事実を明らかにした。
4)細胞膜と細胞質要素との協調に関しては、井上、市川、石橋らを中心に解析を進めた。細胞膜機能が細胞質要素と結合解離により制御される、あるいはその逆の例が近年種々認められているが、細胞膜リン脂質代謝酵素の細胞質への放出、プロスタグランジン受容体とその代謝制御への関与、細胞質因子の細胞膜への移行とその意義などについて多くの新しい知見が得られた。
