The results of this research are summarized in the following three points. First, in career development it is necessary to build relationships with community. Secondly, transformation of self-awareness needs cooperation with the self and others. Because it falls into the personalization. Thirdly, the cooperation is caused by narrative and transformation of world-awareness results from it.
