| Research Abstract |
The view that the concepts of the sustainable development and human development share perspectives on opportunity and quality of life is discussed. We also attempt to combine the two concepts into a concept of sustainable human development, and discussing how to make the sustainable human development operational. Emerging countries and the expansion of carbon market would be fundamental determinants of the future regime of multi-level environmental governance of sustainable development
