| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本学術領域研究では錯体化学が培ってきた遷移金属が演出する多様な結合様式と化学構造、物性、化学反応性を主軸として「プログラミング」の概念に基づき、界面科学・電子工学分野の組み合わせによりナノ・メゾ領域構造体の基礎科学を作り上げる。合わせて、それを元に物理的、化学的、生物学的な入力信号を他の出力信号に変換することで新原理にに基づく新機能を有する高性能な素子への展開を目的としている。
平成25年度は第9回全体会議・班会議（東京大学 小柴ホール）、International Symposium on Coordination Programming (ISCP2014)（東京大学 伊藤国際学術研究センター）を開催し、計画班、公募班、総括班で本領域推進に関する討論を行った。Nwes Letterを毎月2回発行し、研究成果やトピックスを広く配信した。
