Outline of Final Research Achievements

As the coordination group of the interdisciplinary research area, we aimed to create new type of collaborative research in academic fields, and actively fostering young researchers. Regarding the former, as a result of establishing a three information center (genetic information / biological signal information / animal management / ethics information) within the coordination group and allowing each research group to share information at any time, collaboration within the area. The fusion research have been carried out very actively, and in the past 5 years it came to 33 papers. If you include research that is still in progress, that number will be 34. To disseminate these results, 11 international symposiums, 15 domestic symposiums were held. For the latter, we conducted a research camp and a poster award, which resulted in winning a honour such as JSPS Ikushi prize and getting a job in the New York University.
