Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は、計画班および領域全体の目標達成に向けて以下の研究を実施した。
①第一原理計算によるBCC-HEAの転位構造に対する構成元素の影響の検討、②ハイエントロピー合金の粒界移動 -2元系合金や従来理論との比較検討、③反応分子動力学法によるハイエントロピー合金の応力腐食割れミュレーション、④CrMnFeCoNi系等原子量ハイエントロピー合金の圧延加工組織を考慮した結晶塑性シミュレーション、⑤熱平衡状態のハイエントロピー合金の局所・非局所的な非線型性の検討、⑥ハイエントロピー合金の耐照射損傷の化学秩序の影響の原子論的解析
以上の研究により、主として、次のことが明らかになるかもしくは達成された。
BCC-HEAではSRO形成よりも第IV族元素が力学特性に大きく寄与し、マクロな力学特性を決定する要因であることがわかった。HEAの粒界移動現象は,2元系合金であるFe0.8Cu0.2と概ね同様であることがわかった。結晶塑性解析において、結晶方位と変形条件に基づいたすべり系ごとの転位密度を与えることで,結晶方位分布のみでは再現しきれない力学的異方性が発現することがわかった。また、ハイエントロピー合金のような低積層欠陥エネルギーの圧延材料の力学的異方性を再現するためには,圧延誘起の転位密度分布も考慮することが必須であることが明らかになった。化学秩序が形成する焼鈍温度(1100K)と材料を使用する使用温度を一致させることで、照射によって化学秩序が破壊されても、それがアニールされて熱的に回復し、耐照射性能を長時間維持可能とする、新たな戦略を提案した。
