Outline of Annual Research Achievements

米国ジェファーソン研究所(JLab)において実験遂行した水素、三重水素標的のデータを解析し、Λ、Σ0ハイペロン電磁生成断面積を従来に測定されていない運動学領域で測定することに成功した。
また次世代実験である世界初の中重ハイパー核のアイソスピン依存性を測定する実験(E12-15-008)の詳細なシミュレーションを進め、具体的なセットアップの設計を米国側研究者と進めた。米国側の実験スケジュールの都合により当初予定してたHall-A実験室での実験が不可能となったため、Hall-C実験室で実験することを決定した。
ドイツマインツMAMIにおいては、三重水素Λハイパー核パズルの解決に向けて、次世代π崩壊中間子分光実験のデザインを進め、特殊な形状のリチウム標的を開発して、データ収集を成功裡に終了した。さらに、本実験のエネルギー誤差が磁気スぺクトロメータの較正精度で決まっているため、エネルギーの良く分かった電子ビームを用いた電子散乱実験で較正を行った。この際、電子ビームエネルギーをアンジュレーター2台からのシンクロトロン放射光の干渉を用いて精密に測定する手段の開発に成功した。
東北大学電子光理学研究センター(ELPH)では、光子標識装置を完成し、標識化光子ビームを用いて荷電K中間子とΛ粒子を生成し、終相互作用を通じてΛn間力を調べる研究と軽いハイパー核寿命測定実験の実験準備を進めた。この際に、光子ビームのプロファイルをリアルタイムで測定するビームプロファイルモニタ(BPM)を開発し、予想以上の性能を得ることに成功した。さらに、J-PARCにおけるストレンジネス核物理に関する関連実験に参画し、次世代(π,K)反応によるラムダハイパー核精密分光への第一歩を踏み出した。
また、原子核実験・医学応用の双方で有益な、SiPM読み出し電子回路(ASIC)の設計・レイアウトを行った。
