Research Abstract

半導体中のゲート電場により制御可能なRashbaスピン軌道相互作用に着目し、磁場を印加することなく電場により電荷流一スピン流の相互変換手法を確立し、スピン機能デバイス構築に向けての設計指針を構築することを目的として研究を行う。
