Research Abstract

近年、電子のスピン自由度を用いる、スピンエレクトロニクスが注目を集めている。スピンの流れである「スピン流」はこの中心概念を担っており、その全容の把握が求められている。本研究は、磁化の運動に伴うスピン流の生成と電流との相互変換に関する量子論的基礎を確立し、現象の解明と新機能を有する磁気デバイスの開発を目的とする。
