Research Abstract

近年、スピン偏極電流による磁化反転が非常に興味を持たれ精力的に研究されている。それにより電流が磁化配置に与えるトルクや力について理論理解は急速に進んでいる。本研究では磁化構造ダイナミクスから生じるスピン流と電流の理論的評価を行う。具体的な課題としては、強磁性接合において磁化から生じるスピン流と電流、磁壁ダイナミクスから生じるスピン流と電流、磁壁ダイナミクスから生じるスピン流と電流の2つである。接合については、2つの強磁性体(薄膜)の間に薄い常磁性金属薄膜をはさんだ構造を考え、その際に生じるスピン流を何らかの形で電流に変換する可能性を探る。これにはスピン軌道相互作用を導入して、スピンホール効果の逆作用である逆スピンホール効果を用いれば可能である。磁壁ダイナミクスによる効果については微視的理解を目標とする。
