Research Abstract

カイラリティを制御した単層カーボンナノチューブの合成技術の開発と密度勾配超遠心法や高分子などを用いたカイラリティ分離技術の開発を目指す.合成・分離技術の開発に先立って,単層カーボンナノチューブのカイラリティ分布計測手法としての近赤外フォトルミネッセンス分光法と励起光波長可変ラマン散乱分光法を確立する.その後,触媒CVD合成において,デップコート法によってシリコンや石英基板に比較的サイズのそろった金属触媒微粒子を生成する方法,ゼオライトやメゾポーラスシリカなどの単結晶膜をテンプレートとする方法,ナノ粒子の自発的核形成過程を制御したスパッタ法などと組み合わせることによって,触媒金属とCVD反応とを総合的に制御することでカイラリティ分布制御に結びつける.これらの結果得られるサンプルとカイラリティ同定技術を用いて,領域内の様々なデバイス開発に繋げる.
