Research Abstract

本研究課題では、周波数変調検出方式の原子間力顕微鏡(FM-AFM)法など先進ダイナミックモードナノプローブ法に基づく、新規高分解能ナノプローブ電気・力学計測法を開発し、動作状態にあるCNTの電気・力学特性の解析評価技術を確立することを目的としている。
上記目的を達成するために、以下の3つの研究テーマに沿って研究を推進した。
(1)FM-AFMなど先進ダイナミックモードナノプローブ法に基づく高分解能ナノプローブ電気物性計測、(2)ナノチューブの電気-力学応答計測、(3)動的な物性評価のための高分解能マルチプローブAFMの開発。
