Research Abstract

本研究の目的は,界面選択性をもつ表面界面の分光であるSFG分光法の機能を持つ高次系の解明のための計測法として可能性を開拓することである。特に電子共鳴条件下の振動SFG分光(電子振動二重共鳴SFG分光)に着目し,界面分子種の電子および振動状態に関する詳細な情報の獲得を目指す。そのために,重要な芳香族性生体分子である核酸塩基やアミノ酸類を固定した膜の測定を行うことで,電子共鳴条件下での測定手法と解析手法の基礎を確立させる。さらにその成果の上に,タンパク質やDNA分子などの生体高分子膜に挑戦する。
