Research Abstract	(1)ATP加水分解過程にともなう水和水の動的な性質変化とタンパク質自体のダイナミクスや機能の間の相互作用の解明のため、加水分解の各ステップにおいて系のダイナミクス変化を記述する各種関数を計算し、タンパク質の有無で比較する。 (2)平衡論的な自由エネルギーという視点だけでなく力学的な視点からの溶質と溶媒の相互作用を明らかにするために最適な水分子および溶質分子モデルを開発し様々な溶質周囲の水分子のダイナミクスに関して、誘電緩和測定やプロトン拡散係数測定等で得られた実験結果の再現、特に運動性が通常の純水中よりも速い水(ハイパーモバイル水HMW)の立証と物理的メカニズム解明を目指す。
